Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment for Middle and Senior level both IT and non-IT positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company.
• Posting vacancies on the job portals, company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally and Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
• Making cold calls, Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives.
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Managing the database, Candidate Trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Prerequisites:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Basic Qualification Graduation from any technical Stream. (preferred)
• Basic computer skills; Word, Excel experience preferred and Strong keyboarding skills.
