He did his undergrad from Vallabh Vidyanagar and masters from IIT. After graduation he moved to the US and was instrumental in setting up technology start-ups and working at large banks and financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase. Niral belie ves in work culture with transparency, openness and obsession for un-compromised customer satisfaction and quality services. He has worked on various technology projects in Java, ASP.Net, PHP and Software Testing. Aditi Shah is one of the founder members of TOPS Technologies team. She did her graduation in Computers and Finance and Masters in Computer Science in the US. She has extensive experience working at Capgemini, Swiss Re, Cna INSURANCE, Commvault Systems, Food Lion. Before starting TOPS she was Manager at Capgemini one of the most prestigious IT consulting companies in the world. Over and above her normal projects she was extensively involved in resource training and development and hiring. Her experience working at these large US Based companies has helped a lot of TOPS Technologies clients and students.
