TOPS Career Development Programs

The Career Development Program works as a finishing school wherein we train and augment the skills of each and every student of the college. Each of our programs is designed keeping in mind the market demand and where a student can be placed. We not only provide training but also counsel them on the correct career path for a student. Our teams of placement coordinator are trained to counsel each student and understand their skill sets and offer a training program that best enables them to succeed. Most college training programs are geared towards teaching them the basics and our training programs are geared towards making them a specialist in the skills that is required by the industry.

  • Oriented Programs: TOPS Job Oriented Programs are planned to definite roles in the industry. These programs impart both technical as well as softskills making the student job ready.
  • Modules: These programs are designed to augment the theoretical skills of the students. Students today might be well versed with the theory but have very poor knowledge on how the industry works. For example students know programming in C, C++ but have no clue in CRM, or AS/400, or SAP. Furthermore some students have great technical skills but have poor soft skills and are unable to clear an interview.
  • Assessment Module: Colleges and students love this module because this allows their student and the colleges to understand how they rate compared to what the industry is looking for.
